ClassAtHome premium memberships give you immediate access to tutor contact details upon payment. Because the service is delivered digitally and instantly, our refund policy has specific conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. What You're Paying For
When you purchase a premium membership on ClassAtHome, you are paying for access to:
- A set number of tutor contact details (phone numbers and WhatsApp)
- Priority listing or enhanced visibility (for tutors)
- Access for the duration specified in your plan (30, 90, or 365 days)
This is a digital service delivered immediately upon successful payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in the following situations:
Double Payment / Technical Error
If you were charged twice for the same order, or if payment was deducted but your account was not activated — full refund within 7 business days.
Membership Not Activated
If payment was successful but your premium membership was not activated within 2 hours — full refund or manual activation, your choice.
Changed Mind / Did Not Use
Refunds are not provided if you simply changed your mind, did not find a suitable tutor, or did not use your contact credits.
Partial Use
No partial refunds for unused contacts or remaining plan duration once the membership is activated.
3. Free Tutor Replacement (Students)
Standard and Premium plan members are eligible for free tutor replacement support if they cannot find a suitable tutor within their allocated contacts. To claim this:
- Contact us within your plan validity period
- Explain why the tutors contacted were not suitable
- We will provide additional contacts at no charge (up to 50% extra)
This benefit is at our discretion and applies to first-time premium members.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund, email us within 48 hours of payment:

Subject: Refund Request — [Your Order ID]
Include:
- Registered email address
- Order ID (from payment confirmation email)
- Reason for refund request
- Screenshot of payment if available
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank account).
- Bank processing time may add 2–5 additional business days depending on your bank.
6. Cancellation
ClassAtHome memberships are not subscription-based — there is no auto-renewal. You pay once for a fixed duration. There is nothing to cancel. Your membership simply expires at the end of the validity period.
